In this class you’ll learn his recipe and technique for making dough and get creative with a variety of typical Roman toppings. Sticking close to the approved regulations of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, learn the technique for creating the crust, base and topping for authentic Pizza Margherita and more. Paired with Italian beers and wine.
