Grilled Eggplant Tonnato -- originally a meat dish, we use a creamy grilled slice of eggplant as the perfect canvas for a classic sauce of Mediterranean tuna, capers, vinegar and your own handmade aioli, with olives and a little sliver of anchovy. Chicken Milanese -- breaded, pan fried chicken cutlet, crowned with a velvety pan sauce of mascarpone, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms (or fennel as available). Pears poached in red wine with spiced syrup. Paired wines -- Franciacorta
