Grilled Eggplant Tonnato -- originally a meat dish, we use a creamy grilled slice of eggplant as the perfect canvas for a classic sauce of Mediterranean tuna, capers, vinegar and your own handmade mayonnaise, with olives and a little sliver of anchovy. Risotto alla Milanese -- creamy and al dente arborio rice cooked with saffron chicken broth and imported Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
