Fettuccine all'Alfredo (aka Pasta in Bianco) -- machine cut noodles and the authentic story and sauce of Alfredo Di Lelio Maccheroni alla Chitarra -- from Abruzzo, made on an ancient device for cutting the pasta. The sauce is a fresh tomato and garlic sauce. Garganelli -- hand build this short pasta from Emilia Romagna with wooden tools. Enjoy pairing your pasta with Chianti Classico and/or Soave.
