Service Description

We’ll use Italian pasta flour and other artisan ingredients See how to use our Atlas machines for long and short pastas. Paired with Italian wines. Warning: You might get hooked on homemade pasta! Pasta al'Uova -- fresh eggs and 2 kinds of Italian flour make a silky smooth dough for a variety of noodles and short shapes. Fettuccine all'Alfredo (aka Pasta in Bianco) -- machine cut noodles and the authentic sauce, and the story, of Alfredo Di Lelio Maccheroni alla Chitarra -- from Abruzzo, made on an ancient device for cutting the pasta. The sauce is a fresh tomato and garlic sauce. Garganelli -- hand build this short pasta from Emilia Romagna with wooden tools. Enjoy making and eating your pasta with Chianti Classico and/or Soave.
