Service Description

Yummy playtime! We will make an eggless semolina dough and make a variety of regional short pasta with our hands and some simple tools. We will pair them with their traditional sauces. Lots of food history and culture to share, too. Italian red and white wines to pair. Corzetti --- from Liguria, with Genovese pesto Busiate -- from Calabria and Sicily, with Puttanesca sauce Cavatelli - from southern Italy, with broccoli or rapini ( as available)
