Service Description

(class size minimum 6 - maximum 10) Up your pizza game with authentic Roman and Neapolitan pizza. We will use imported 00 pizza flour, beer yeast and San Marzano tomatoes. You'll learn two different recipes and techniques for making dough and get creative with a variety of typical Roman toppings you can pile on, and the official "True Napolitana Pizza" way of creating the crust, base and topping for authentic Pizza Margherita and more. Paired with Italian beers, San Pellegrino Essenza and/or specialty sodas.
