Learn to use a crepe pan and tools to make sweet treats and savory light suppers at home. We'll talk about which herbs and spices enhance which foods, so you can improvise at home. Make a super tasty vegetable stew that will give you more than one meal. And tap into your creativity for serving dishes with eye-popping presentation. Mushroom Carpaccio -- thinly sliced button mushrooms in an elegant presentation with fresh herbs and spice, lemon and rich olive oil. Ratatouille --- a beautiful and mouthwatering stew of eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and herbs from Provence. Leftover ratatouille make a great side dish, sandwich, or topping for eggs. Crepes --- light, sweet batter and how to cook them just right and serve them just like they do along the boardwalk in Nice. We'll make a rich Pastry Cream and create a stunning peach crepe. Wine pairing: Sparkling Rose, Cote du Rhone.
