So what if between you and your roommate you have one raggedy old frying pan and a pot? You’re a superhero! We can teach you how to have a simple and economical pantry that focuses on protein, so you skip the Freshman Fifteen, and have fun with friends in the kitchen.

12 Pastry: (Apple-cinnamon Empanadas) (pastry making, fruit filling)
13 Vegetables: Veggie fritters ( knife skills, pan frying)
21 Proteins: Pasta & Bean Soup (knife skills, complete vegetarian proteins)
22 Avocado: Guacamole rollups, breakfast smoothie (nutrition, healthy snacks)

Kids learn nutrition, cooking skills, kitchen math and science and explore a new ingredient and a recipe each week. Three series are offered on a rotating basis.
