Service Description
Crossroad in the Mediterranean, Sicily's cuisine has enjoyed rich gifts from Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs and more. Three dishes that define the cuisine introduce classic flavors and ingredients. Caponatina -- diced vegetables cooked "agrodolce" ( sweet/sour) with tomato, olives and capers. Arancini – saffron-infused rice balls stuffed with ragu ( or vegetarian if desired), rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried to look like “little oranges”. Perfectly adaptable as hors d’oeuvres for your next gathering. Cannoli -- pastry + ricotta cream with chocolate bits. BYOB! Suggested Pairings: Sicilian Nero d'Avola, Sparkling Rosé, blonde beer or whatever your favorite beverage for sipping and dinner may be.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be rescheduled. Full credit for cancellations will be extended toward future services. Bookings less than 1 day in advance cannot be honored regardless of customer's ability to book or automatic confirmation by booking service. Please do not make same-day bookings.
