Chicken lady chicken - Learn to spatchock a whole organic, air-chilled bird, for even cooking and the magic marinade for crisp skin. Roasted potatoes - buttery soft and insanely good from cooking in the drippings of the chicken. Fruit Tart - make a flaky pastry shell and vanilla pastry cream. Assemble and top with fresh berries.
