Service Description
Greek cuisine embraces simple ingredients with extraordinary combinations and techniques. Get introduced to phyllo dough and grape leaves, the flavors of Greece, and learn how to temper eggs for sauces and custards. BYOB suggestion: POD Agiorgitiko from Nemea. Assyrtiko. from Santorini. Dolmades with Avgolemono -- grapevine leaves filled with ground meat, rice and herbs. Stovetop cooking yields the base for a velvety lemon sauce, avgolemono, which has many other uses. (Can be adapted vegetarian) Tiropete or Spanakopita -- these are crispy cheese-filled triangles of buttery phyllo, perfect for parties and great to have on hand in the freezer. Baklava Orthi -- an elegant variation of the flaky diamond shaped pastries filled with spiced nuts. These are lightly glazed with syrup, crispy and utterly heavenly.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be rescheduled. Full credit for cancellations will be extended toward future services. Bookings less than 1 day in advance cannot be honored regardless of customer's ability to book or automatic confirmation by booking service. Please do not make same-day bookings.
