Service Description

There is a 4 person minimum for this class. Paella Valenciana --- Valencian Bomba rice and seafood cooked outside in authentic Spanish paellera & burner. Learn to effectively use precious Spanish saffron. Substitute chicken & sausage for seafood upon request. Ensaladilla -- a colorful and texturally varied vegetable salad that can serve as a lunch or light supper. Crema Catalana -- a lighter cousin of Creme Brulee, with a crisp caramelized topping. BYOB ---- suggested pairings: Rioja Riserva, Albariño wines, blonde beer, or your favorite beverage.
