A selection of tapas that make great appetizers or an exciting meal. Interesting flavors, new spices and creative presentation ideas. This is a great party class for a big group. BYOB. We suggest Tempranillo and Albariño wines. PATATAS BRAVAS – crispy fried potatoes with their classic sauce. Learn technique for making these potato cubes perfectly irresitable. Make your own mayonnaise/alioli. CAMARONES al AJILLO – shrimp and garlic, herbs and spices, with a touch of lime. SALAD OF COD, BASQUE STYLE -- poach cod filets, then combine with aromatics, tomatoes, sweet roasted red peppers, vinegar and Spanish olive oil. CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS -- a contemporary recipe from Josè Andres for crispy fritters topped with garlic yogurt sauce and caviar.

Bookings may be rescheduled. Full credit for cancellations will be extended toward future services. Bookings less than 1 day in advance cannot be honored regardless of customer's ability to book or automatic confirmation by booking service. Please do not make same-day bookings.
