Service Description
This class is best if you have some experience making fresh pasta. We'll talk about lots of variations you can enjoy after learning these specialty pastas. Seasonal variation : Pumpkin pasta dough. Cheese Ravioli – the classic three cheese filling. Brown butter sage sauce. Gnocchi -- made with potatoes, you'll learn the trick to making them pillowy light. With tomato basil sauce BYOB -- sip your favorite beverage while you work and with dinner. Suggested pairing, of course, an Italian red!
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be rescheduled. Full credit for cancellations will be extended toward future services. Bookings less than 1 day in advance cannot be honored regardless of customer's ability to book or automatic confirmation by booking service. Please do not make same-day bookings.
