This class is best if you have some experience making fresh pasta. We'll talk about lots of variations you can enjoy after learning these specialty pastas. Seasonal variation : Pumpkin pasta dough. Cheese Ravioli – the classic three cheese filling. Brown butter sage sauce. Gnocchi -- made with potatoes, you'll learn the trick to making them pillowy light. With tomato basil sauce BYOB -- sip your favorite beverage while you work and with dinner. Suggested pairing, of course, an Italian red!
