Service Description
Sip pink prosecco, French sparkling Rose, or our best sparkling mineral water as you learn lots of techniques for better and more confident cooking. We’ll make three elegant recipes, perfect for summer afternoons or evenings on the deck. Eggs Mimosa -- creamy and savory filled boiled eggs. Learnings: cooking eggs, general creating and balancing flavor, adapting recipes, accent ingredients, using a piping bag, presentation techniques. Chilled Poached Chicken Breast with Salsa Verde Learnings: Cook chicken breast tender and juicy, full of flavor. Perfect for summer, cook a bunch at once and have them on hand for salads and elegant and refreshing lunches and dinner. Cream of Wheat Custard Cake - similar to a Bavarian cream cake, this is an elegant no-bake custard cake that is very versatile. In season, we'll add poached peaches. Learnings: Kitchen science: Gelatin. Custards, tempering eggs to add to hot liquids; Using a savarin mold. Making syrup. Sparkling mineral water and/ 1 bottle sparking rose or prosecco included. Please bring additional wine as desired.


Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be rescheduled. Full credit for cancellations will be extended toward future services. Bookings less than 1 day in advance cannot be honored regardless of customer's ability to book or automatic confirmation by booking service. Please do not make same-day bookings.
