Service Description

Spaghetti all' Amatriciana – only five ingredients create an iconic Roman sauce. Saltimbocca – meaning “ jump into your mouth” because they are so good! Traditionally made with veal, we will use either chicken or pork and learn the technique for making pan sauce. Crostata di Marmalata – create your own designs on this lemon-kissed, shortcrust pastry with apricot or berry preserves perfect for dessert or breakfast.
