Dates with Almond Paste (Tmar B’Looz) – Plump Medjool dates come from the oases of the Sahara dessert. This easy to make and fragrant almond paste has many uses. Minty Cucumber & Tomato Salad -- Pretty and refreshing. Fonio - filled Roasted Sweet Peppers -- learn to use this gluten free African ancient grain in a savory mixture for colorful mini peppers. Fonio makes a perfect GF couscous.
