Service Description

Morocco & Tunisia ( GF or vegetarian upon request) An introduction to a perfect cuisine for entertaining, with a variety of warm and exciting flavors and colors in dishes at their best at room temperature and many naturally gluten free and vegetarian dishes. We’ll discuss many recipes while making a tasty dinner. Mzoura (Carrot Salad w harissa & fresh coriander) – practice knife skills and learn to make your own fiery harissa. Kefta (Stuffed Meatballs) with dried fruit in sweet onion sauce – a sauce of onions, tomato, warm spices, and sweet dried fruit enhance grassfed ground beef with fragrant rice and toasted almonds. Dates with Almond Paste (Tmar B’Looz) – Plump Medjool dates come from the oases of the Sahara dessert. Use this almond paste with all sorts of pastries and cookies.
