There are times when I flat out CRAVE a Taco, just a plain old Taco… ground beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and a crunchy corn tortilla.  Then there are times when I need to look beyond tradition and, as always, “play with my food”. That’s what we’re going to do here, we’re going to have some fun filling up a tortilla!
